June 2024 Pick

A little update on where I stand with a prior pick and a new name.

Back in January, I chose a basket of 3 REITs as my first picks for WSG. This month’s is similar.

But before we get into it, here are the results so far of the WSG pick tracker.

Dang, I’m getting my a** handed to me

After 5 months of doing this, we are only in the early stages and all of these should be viewed with an owner’s mentality which embodies a multi-year time frame.

Short-term price movements are nothing but a distraction so until these picks mature for a few years, you won’t see me resulting in them.

With that being said, here is my pick for June of 2024.
